Deric Rothe (AJ Editor) Opposes Three Strikes

And he is a hard-core Montgomery / Charlie Brown supporter.

Also note that Rothe fails to mention what the first two strikes against this guy are.

The post does note that Strike three against this guy involves three offenses that he was convicted of. That’s correct – the third strike is in fact three more convictions for the price of one.

Is it possible that Rothe has a personal issue against law enforcement of crime?

You have to wonder… one thing is obvious, Rothe does hate anything Republican.
