This Just in - Horne Stumbles out of the Starting Gate... Major Campaign Blunder

I was informed this weekend that Sue Horne failed to check her form 510 (correct number?) correctly…

She declined to accept voluntary limits on campaign finance even though no one has ever reached the $480,000 threshold in Northern California.

The consequnces are that Dan Logue will have a ballot statement and Sue Horne will not. This is a major blunder as a ballot statement will provide a 7-10 point advantage when someone has one versus one who does not.

Someone must have missed this detail when they were engaged in sending out press releases.
