Ted Terbolizard is staying in the 4th CD Race

Posted by Aaron Park on February 20, 2008 at 01:21 PM

Ose may be beating his chest saying – “I won’t let McClintock bully me”. However, notice that it is Richard Temple making that statement, not Ose.

Weather or not good ol’ Enloe Ose (Dad, who has the money) opens up his wallet to the tune of the money it would take to re-invent Ose from a Liberal to a Conservative is a completely different issue.

I received an e-mail from Ted Terbolizard who assured me that he is in through June. He also made sure I understood how serious his committment to this race is – as he wrote “I’m in until the June 3rd primary even if I have to campaign from Jail”.

Terbolizard also likened the Primary for the 4th CD to a tennis match – as he pointed out the revolving door of candidates.

What a difference a couple of weeks makes for Ose – triumphantly entering the race with a whole bunch of people standing behind him on the courthouse steps only to have a freight train wreck waiting for him in a matter of one announcement.

Don’t get me wrong – Rico Oller would beat Ose as well, no amount of deal-cutting, endorsements or daddy’s money can make up for the fact that Ose and Charlie Brown are intellectual kin. Actaully, Brown may be to the right of Ose!

I have to tip my cap to Terbolizard – he is the true independent. If you want to meet the lizard, head up to Auburn tonight.

He is having a fundraiser at the “Monkey Cat” 805 lincoln way in Auburn.

I will certainly credit Ted Terbolizard for getting out into the community and meeting the people.

I would imagine that someone else will be driving tonight?
