Egland hires Campaign Consultant! (Are you kidding me!?)

In a move that defies logic, Eric Egland has hired Bill George as his campaign consultant.
Mr. George recently started his own firm, and I had previously seen his name attached to Democrat candidates for office. This could also be as a result of his former employment with the CA Manufacturer’s Association.
The insanity of this maneuver is punctuated by the fact that Egland has not picked up a single endorsement locally in the district. The only endorsement he has that is close to the district is recent ex-pat and neurotic former talk Radio Host Mark Williams. Other people who are supporting him have not done so publicly, and those that are have mainfest their support with personal attacks. (Mostly through courageous anonymous comments)
It would seem at this point since Rico Oller is already up to the $150,000 point in Fund-Raising… (more than Eric has raised in almost a year) that Egland would realize that the handwriting is on the wall. It seems that we have now come full circle – the Egland supporters were railing on this blogger for supporting Congressman Doolittle even though they believed Doolittle was not going to win re-election.
When Rico Oller in 10 days outraises an entire campaign, in fact, nearly doubles the Egland campaign’s previous 10 months – the handwriting is indeed on the wall.
Rico Oller has also been a registered Republican 10 2/3 times longer than Eric Egland.
Egland had lost his campaign manager and treasurer before hiring Bill George.
Egland has not answered for misrepresenting his military service or misrepresenting his collegiate years.
Eric Egland – who’s drinking the Kool-Aid now?
